Chablis natural-leaning, Stéphane Moreau.
Stéphane Moreau took over Domaine Moreau-Naudet from his father and pushed it toward more natural farming and longer lees aging. The Forêts and Vaillons premier crus, and the Les Pargues village bottling, are precise, slightly oxidative-leaning Chablis. After Stéphane's death his wife Virginie Moreau has continued the work.
