Kindeli is the natural-wine project of Alex Craighead in Nelson, on the northern tip of New Zealand's South Island. The wines — including pét-nats, field blends, and varietal bottlings — are made with native ferments and minimal sulfur, and have helped reframe Kiwi natural wine internationally.
