Jean-François Ganevat returned to his family's Jura domaine in the late 1990s and converted it to biodynamics, producing some of the most sought-after wines in the region: parcellaire Chardonnays, oxidative-style Savagnins, and an expanding range of natural cuvées. Often grouped with Pierre Overnoy as the canonical Jura natural-wine reference.
