Eduard and Stephanie Tscheppe-Eselböck founded Gut Oggau in 2007 on the western shore of Austria's Neusiedlersee, making natural wines named for fictional family members whose hand-drawn portraits appear on each label. The work — Joschuari, Atanasius, Theodora, Mechthild — has become central to the Austrian natural-wine canon.
