The Goisot family farm biodynamically in the lesser-known northern Burgundy appellations of Saint-Bris (one of the few French ACs allowing Sauvignon Blanc) and Côtes d'Auxerre. The Aligotés and Chardonnays are precise, mineral, and unusually structured for the price point.
