Domaine François Raveneau is one of the two domaines (with Vincent Dauvissat) that define grand cru Chablis. Bernard and Jean-Marie Raveneau, working from a Chablis cellar that has changed little in decades, produce Les Clos, Valmur, Blanchot, and Butteaux that are widely regarded as the most age-worthy Chardonnays of Chablis.
