Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet (Hervé Souhaut)

Hervé Souhaut farms old Syrah, Gamay, and Viognier vines on the granite slopes of the Ardèche, using whole-cluster fermentation, native yeasts, and minimal sulfur. The Sainte-Épine Saint-Joseph and the Vin de France cuvées (La Souteronne, La Sérine) are reference natural northern Rhônes.
