René-Jean Dard and François Ribo work organic and biodynamic vineyards in Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph, fermenting with native yeast and bottling with minimal sulfur. Their cuvées (Les Bâties, K, the Saint-Joseph blanc) are among the natural-wine Rhône reference points.
