Château Thivin sits on the volcanic slopes of Mont Brouilly in Beaujolais, owned by the Geoffray family for five generations. The Côte de Brouilly cuvées (especially Les Sept Vignes and La Chapelle) are textbook expressions of cru Beaujolais: floral, structured, surprisingly serious.
