BENOM is a family winery in Paso Robles' Tin City, run by brothers Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre — born in southern France and raised in Bordeaux. Guillaume drives the winemaking, sourcing from organically and sustainably farmed sites on Paso's west side, with Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Rhône- and Spanish-inspired blends. Tastings are by appointment.
